As the President of KNR Consulting, Ken brings over three decades of executive search expertise. He has been a trusted partner to C-suite executives, devising and executing global strategies, delineating business priorities, and ensuring seamless operational oversight.

Ken started his career at IBM as a Software Developer, swiftly advancing to Lead Software Developer. Transitioning to technology consulting, he oversaw projects with teams of over 250 members and budgets exceeding $30 million. Ken’s career highlights include successful software implementations for prominent organizations like HBOC, Siemens, and AT&T.

He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration from Georgia State University, Ken embodies a commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth. Off the job, he refines his golfing skills in pursuit of excellence both on and off the course.
